Sort by reference is a must.

Seems like a strange element not to include.

Save filters sets

This might be solved if the sort by reference feature is added. But the only workaround I found to short by reference required 6 different filters selected. So it would be nice to be able to save filter sets and not have to create it each time I want to do a new study.

Link set

It would be great to link "the filter set" and the resource (Bible) so that as you scroll through a Bible the notes would be contextual.

The system already has the ability to have a number of link sets.

Custom highlights

Need to replace the "gray man" with the actual look of the custom highlight or note icon.

They show up if I turn on the highlighting panel, but not in the notes. (see image)

Highlight Style

In an individual note, it would be great if the system "remembered" my preference so that I would not have to condense, individually, all the built-in highlighting palette's each time I want to modify a highlight.
