Search Bar and Passage Breakdown

In Logos 7, when I started typing in a passage [e.g., Acts 17:1], various breakdowns/sections would pop up as suggestions which indicated basic outlines of the text.

That does not appear to work in Logos 8. Is that a setting that can be changed?

It's not a setting that can be changed. It should just work. Are there any updates pending? Have you tried restarting the app?

You're not talking about the resource reference box, are you?

I also noticed in your screenshot that you were on the homepage. While I rarely used the homepage and more rarely still the "Go Box", and thus can't speak to it's previous behavior, I thought that perhaps this is changed behavior due to merging the Homepage Go Box and the Command Box(?).

In Logos 7, the Go box on the homepage did suggest pericopes when you entered text or a reference. Unfortunately, at this time, Logos 8 does not suggest those in the Command/Go box at the top of the Window.

That's a major deficiency in Logos 8 that I hope will be quickly corrected.

As it now stands, where do I have to go to get that?

If you open a Bible, and then type the reference in the Bible's reference box, you'll get the suggestions.

The best I can come up with at this time is to Open the Passage Study home page layout from the Layouts menu.

Then start typing your passage (or pericope title) in the Passage Guide box and select the desired pericope.

Then enter the same reference in the navigation box for one of the Bibles or Commentary (because they are all in the same link set, they will all navigate the that reference).
