It takes time to draw nice images in Canvas. I suppose future development will have new tools to speed up creativity.

I started with an Idea to create a Clip-Art Template in Canvas. The idea is to make creativity within reach of every user and to speed up future creative ideas. I would most certainly make use of other users creativity. Maybe you would like to donate a library for the community as well? It would be appreciated.

Thinking of new ideas for Canvas:

  1. Maybe a dockable user-template-toolbox for custom drawings would be nice. Maybe with a Public Tab for shared Templates.
  2. I made a cross-hair in AutoHotKey to be able to duplicate hand drawn images to Canvas. The future of layers will make this possible I suppose. The cross-hair, can have an offset to be able to exactly pin a point for duplication or alignment. In this sample I did not use the offset, only to align parts of the drawing. I know off the alignment tools, but this is much faster in certain tasks. This cross-hair does have other creative possibilities.

Bug: When you export a canvas the Highlighter's get exported as containers.
