Suggestion: Add basic text formatting buttons to the Workflow

When you're editing a workflow, there's a toolbar giving bold, italics, hyperlinks, etc. It's very unobtrusive, but very useful.

It would be even more useful to have this available when working through a workflow. I know I can open the notes tool to get this, but that seems an unnecessary extra step, particularly when filling in a dozen boxes or so. I also know I can use keyboard shortcuts, but I don't always remember some of the more obscure ones like CTRL+SHIFT+M for Decrease Indent.

And there's a bug that makes Cmd+I open information rather than turning on italics. Information does also work with Cmd+Shift+I which is what is displayed in the panel menu as the shortcut.

    This bug doesn't affect Windows.
