Two Notes tool questions about headwords

I see how to create a new note to a headword (right-click, change from Selection to Headword, Add a note), but the anchor opens up to a different (monograph) resource than the encyclopedia which I had added the note from.

Neither of those resources are prioritized, so I assume it's using Logos' default resource ranking to determine which headword entry to show.

Question 1:

Is there a way to add a headword note that refers to a specific resource, which doesn't require prioritizing resources?

Question 2:

How do I add a headword anchor to an existing note? I've tried copying and pasting the headword into the Add Anchor reference box, but clicking Add doesn't appear to do anything. (The headword does not appear as a choice in the dropdown list.)

Part of the problem seems to be that the headword -- BAT ḲOL --  is not a single word, so the suggested words that populate the dropdown only show the first (English or Hebrew) word of a reference.
