Notes in Android (Mobile) app kinda broken
Okay, so maybe Notes in the Android aren't actually broken. Maybe it's just me.
1. When I'm typing a note, the screen doesn't scroll up so that the next line show. Instead, as I type and a new line starts, it is buried below the virtual keyboard. I'm getting the Carriage Return (CR), but not the Line Feed (LF) as I enter my note. I can, of course, pause and use my finger to swipe up in the note to reveal the line that is buried under the keyboard. I hereby plant a bug flag and declare it broken (unless, of course, I'm doing something obscenely wrong).
2. I concluded my new note by typing it into the gmail editor (thinking that at least I can actually see what I'm typing), then copy/paste it into the note editor. I couldn't get a "Paste" option to pop up, so I just emailed it to myself, and when I got home I opened the email and copied/pasted the entire note into the desktop version of L8. I'm probably note doing something right here too, but if so the UX is totally obfuscated.
3. While not a bug, I really do miss being able to give individual notes a title. Yeah, I'll get used to it in time, but legions of Notes enthusiasts are probably as disappointed as I am. I watched Mo Proctor enthuse about the new Notes system, and now I have trust issues with the Logos Certified Trainer. Yeah, yeah, I'll get used to it, but thanks for letting me vent.

Thanks for the report. I'll take a look into the scrolling issue.
When the clipboard is not empty and a paste is possible, a paste icon should be visible in a menu at the top (along with select all, cut, and copy). A long press on a word or in between words may be necessary depending on the situation. What device are you using? What is your app version?0 -
Roy,
Thanks for the response! I'm using a Samsung Note 8 and the app is Version 8.0.0 (Build 800001521)
