Ipod and Lutheran Study Bible

I just noticed this today at church.  I opened up the Lutheran Study Bible on my Ipod and tried to go to 1 Cor 12:3.          Then I wanted to go to Matt 25:40  The highest chapter I can go directly to is 5.  is there no way to get this resource fixed?  I have played around for a bit with this resource and find almost all books of the bible I am limited to the first 5 chapters.  If I want to go directly to say Psalm 87....I need to go to Psalm 5 and click forward to Psalm 87.   That is just a real bummer!

I downloaded the resource to my touch.  Have I done something wrong?  Do I need to do something more?  Indexing?  i am just confused.

I am not having that problem at all.

However, I am using an iPhone and not an iPod, although I assume they function the same.

I followed the steps you outlined above.  Here is how I did it:

1.  First, I opened the Lutheran Study Bible.

2.  Then I tapped in the middle of whichever part of the Bible opened.  In my case, it was Genesis.  The little menu opened, which shows the Book of the Bible and to the right, the button which says "Verse".  I clicked it.  I got the menu selections for all the books of the Bible.  I clicked on the one you mentioned, for example Matthew.

3.  Then I clicked on the chapter, 25.

4.  Finally, I clicked on verse 40.  My app went right to it.

5.  Same for the other verses. 

 

One question though, if you click at the bottom on "More" and then go to "About", which version does it show that you are running?

I am using version 1.4.1 (37022)
