Authentication at support.logos.com

After watching the excellent videos at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018345231-Logos-8-Academic-and-Theologian-Study-Series I wanted to click "Yes" to "Was this article helpful", but when I clicked the "Yes" button, I was told that I needed to login. However, the authentication popup would not accept my credentials. Does support.logos.com require a separate id/pw? If not, shouldn't it accept my normal logos.com credentials?

Hi Lew
Glad you found the videos useful - I've asked someone to look into the issue with authentication

It looks like the support articles are handled by Zendesk. I have third-party cookies disabled, which affects Zendesk from setting and using a cookie with my Logos credentials.
Right now, that only seems to impact indicating whether or not a support article is helpful, which didn’t seem important enough to get authentication to work on that site.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

I did not know this site existed. Where did you find it? Is it geared towards Logos 8?

If you click "Support" you can "visit the Logos training center"
That gets you to here from which you can access the training area
which includes the video series mentioned and a lot of other articles
It is geared towards Logos 8 - I haven't checked fully to see if it is only Logos 8 material.

This problem should be fixed now.

Super, Graham! Thanks for catalyzing the effort. I don't have time now, but I will check it out later.
