SOLVED - BUG - Crash - Quickstart Layout "Hebrew Word Study"

Does this file indicate why the Hebrew Word Study in the Quickstart Layout menu continually "crashes" ie Logos 8 immediately disappears from my monitor screen. No visible warning/error message.

[I wondered if it was because I do not have "HALOT" so tried to create and update with a different custom layout BUT it also crashed Logos 8]

For a very few seconds before the crash I saw the "small blue spinning circle.

WINDOWS 10  - I did see  on the Forums that this was  also an issue for some on MAC who haad not updated their Mac operating systems etc but I am on a PC]

Do you need any further information?
