What happened to all of our Bible translations in the move to Logos 7?

We have (or had) a very high version of Logos. My husband recently "upgraded" us to Logos 7, and now the vast majority of the resources we have on Logos have disappeared. Why would we not still have access to all the same translations and reference works we've already paid good money for?

Mary, you should still have them. Is your Library still indexing?

Hello Mary, welcome to the Logos forums!

Of course you should have access to all the stuff you paid good money for. From your story it sounds like a plausible scenario that maybe your husband used another email address when doing the Logos 7 upgrade than the one used before, which works as an ID. Logos Customer Service should be able to merge those two accounts for you.

    Hope this helps,
