Extra Passage guide created need help deleting

Having an extra passage guide should not be a problem, unless I misunderstand something. You can modify it and use it in another way or for a different passage.
However, to answer your question, to delete a guide, go to the Guides menu, scroll down to the section called Custom Guides, right click on the one you want to delete and select delete.
