'Minimizing clippings'

As I am starting to gather more clippings, I am starting to desire a way to minimize longer clippings down to a smaller preview size so I can scroll through a list of them without having pages upon pages to scroll through. Something like a few line minimized preview would be great so I could scan through a selection of them quickly. Think social media posts with the 'see more' type function. Other programs achieve this with a note card type view you can move around and then click to open to see the full text. If this isn't currently possible, I think it would be a great addition for the new notes system!
