SUGG: Disconnect Preferred Translation from the version used in BWS Translation

I'd like to be able to select these separately.

Better still, to have a Settings option in Translation to choose the RI used in BWS.

Or even better (see other post) to have the facility to add multiple RIs in the BWS Translation section.
