Downloaded book not scrolling

I’ve had this happen when reading a book in the cloud and my internet connection was bad, but this book was downloaded to the device. It took a restart of the app to fix. I’m on version 8.0.2.

    You might already know this, but just in case:

    Sometimes the mobile app might trip up and say a book is downloaded a book when it isn't - if you install the app from a backup, for instance - have you tried removing the book and redownloading it yet?
