I use the notes feature for my inductive study. I cannot connect a Highlighting Palette to a Notebook. When you click the Highlighting Palette drop-down, and attempt to select a Notebook I created, Logos crashes and has to be restarted. I am running Logos 8, and I have macOS Mojave.
