Bug- TOC not displaying location in resource

See screenshot.

When I open the TOC of a resource, often the section indicating my location is not highlighted. If I move one chapter up and then back it will highlight, but it is intermittent.

Using L8 Mac SR1. Also my program scaling is at 90% and content scaling is 140%.

Please put on Bug list if not on it already.

I'm not able to reproduce this on Windows (SR-1) and same scaling. Must be isolated to Macs.
