Question: Searching a resource for multiple Scriptures

I have a list of passages that I'm wanting to look up in several resources. What would be the best way to search for multiple passages in a collection? I know I could do an OR search, but is this the best way? Is there any way to run a search based on the references on a passage list or some such?

This is not entirely what you are looking for, but i've created an Excel document with a couple of macros which will generate a search string from your Passage List and allow you to paste them into L4's search window's Find box.

Since it contains a couple of macros, you will need to enable running macros in Excel.

Steve has provided an automated way with AND, but you might prefer an OR search:-

<=Matt 25:4>, <=Jn 3.15>, <1 Cor 12:2-4>

comma = OR. The equals sign (=) says exact reference for Matt and Jn is needed. But a reference that is close (or intersects) 1 Cor 12:2-4 is OK.

cell E4 is a drop down list with Comma, OR, AND. could easily add ANDEQUALS, NOTEQUALS. If this is useful, what other operators would be useful?

The AND is unusual for reference searches and I hadn't realised it could be changed!

As indicated, passage equal <Bible = passage> or passage intersects <Bible ~ passage> are useful. The ANDEQUALS/NOTEQUALS are not applicable here.
