BUG: Notes Outline Subpoints don't reset with each main point (8.0 SR-1)

When typing an outline in notes the sub-points a, b, c, etc. do not reset with each main point. See example: Main point 1 has sub-points a, b, c and main point 2 has sub-points d, e, f.
