Prayer List - Daily Reset

For the last couple of days at least I have had to do a complete restart of Logos in order to reset my Prayer List to show today's prayers when the tile on the home page is clicked on.

In past iterations of the program the prayer list was flaky about starting the day with a new list but usually a refresh (F5) of the home page did the job. It doesn't refresh the prayer list in the current Beta.

    Mike,

Do you mean that you marked all of them as prayed for yesterday, and then today it would not show the list but say you had completed it?

Can you show a screenshot of what you see?

Good Morning Philana for me it is 07:29 and I turn to Prayer (but I don't have any :-(  )

Can you show a screenshot of what you see?

Indeed I can... here is one.

This is the part of my home screen as I switch into its space on seeing your reply. Logos sits permanently open (other than for updates) in full page in a space on my iMac).

This is just how I left it a about 18:00 last night. So I clicked on 'See next' with this result...

Clicking on the this tile then opens the Logos to show the Prayers Panel.... (but still I can only look forward to praying tomorrow - though I have the sneaking feeling tomorrow should be today)

So convinced am I that tomorrow should be today that I return to my home screen and refresh by pressing F5 but that only cycles me through screen shots two and three. However if I take the nuclear action and restart the program I am faced with screen shot 2 on the restart but now on clicking the card it takes me to.

At least a refresh (F5) in the morning should trigger a change in the panel which the card opens so that it shows todays prayers. It would be better for the program to know that the day has changed and that the prayers need to be advanced.

I ideally we would return to the position that we could 'tick off' prayers on the card itself with out having to open a panel in a waiting, but unsuspecting and unsuitable layout.

If the developers a determined to keep actions off the home page the Prayers card should open a panel in a floating window by default and not insert it into whatever layout happens to be available at the time.

Thanks for following this up - I do hope some progress can quickly be made with this.
