Reading Plan Headers - where did they Go?

I use M'Cheyne and enjoy the headers and footers showing where to start and stop.  They are gone.  Maybe I hit a key that closed them but what do I do to get them back?

Also, intermittently the readers voice goes from the recorded to the machine generated.

Make sure that the Reading Plan visual filter is activated for your specific plan.

Also, about the voice change, that is a known bug.
