Notes - Title for subnotes rendered useless
Good morning!
I had labeled many of my notes in notebooks with the subnote title (not really sure if this was the name for it), but now that labeling section when making notes is missing and has made finding/organizing these notes less fluid/functional.
I have also noticed that it seems like you have to associate every highlight palette with either a specific book notebook or existing notebook (as opposed to having the previous "resource specific" or "palette specific" options. Instead the default looks like "No notebook." Since upgrading I had not noticed this and now have notes from highlighting/reading, etc. that are in this "No Notebook" label(?). Wonder what I can do about this.

Hey Ruben,
I'm going to tackle your notebook question. You don't need to put highlights in resource specific notebooks because that has been replaced with filters. On the left side of the screen you can filter all notes/highlights be specific resources without the need of a notebook.
With regard to the titles, those have been deprecated in the new Notes Tool. We have asked (some of us passionately) that Faithlife reconsider this decision.
As far as labelling, I recommend using tags at the bottom of the notes to give additional sorting/filing options.
Hope this helps.

Ok. so the highlights that were associated with "resource specific" in the latter version are no longer in a specific notebook? Not sure if that makes sense since that option is not available now.
As for the titles - I am at a loss since I had created a whole notebook with cross-references using the title option to sort them out. Now I'll just have to do the tedious work of scrolling through the notebook to add additional cross references to individual notes within the file. I am on the passionate side of enabling the titles again...where do I sign up? : )
Thanks for your response!
