Where are Program Options?

I am not sure where to find the program options now in L8. I'm referring to the place to change font sizes, etc.

Go into the Tools menu, in the search bar at the top start typing "Program Settings" and voila...

No problem!
Should have said, you can also "pin" any frequently-used menu items to the top by right clicking on it and selecting (you guessed it!) "pin to top."
It will then appear as a menu button at the top of the menu.
