Offline books not downloading
My personal highlights were not showing up (everything under inductive palette wasn't showing properly). So I decided to give the app a clean wipe by "clear cache" and "clear data". Once done, I logged back in to the app, got everything set up and went to download my offline bibles, and they fail to download! The button changes briefly to "downloading" and then back to the green "Download" and an error message triangle appears in the upper Android bar. The homepage evidently no longer has a section for downloading book progress. mobile app version v.8.0.3 on a LG G4 Android 6.0

Thanks JT. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same results. I also had the latest spanish version of the app installed, and it also allowed no downloading, so I uninstalled them both, reinstalled the English app only, and downloading worked without a hitch! Since the purpose of having both apps - to have language based preferred Bible and downloaded books in each one - doesn´t work anyway, I´ll carry on with the English app only. For some reason my personal highlight palette is still not showing up in the app since I upgraded to 8 (transitioned to 8 just fine on the desktop side), but offline books download to the app now.

Try connecting on Wifi instead of 4G.

I would delete the app and try again.
Or get a refund. That’s what I do. Just smiling at your delete the app ... it’s Apple’s only app, where delete the app is the motto.
Bet you don’t know how to get this FL mobile screen below. My guess is FL has a medussa on their hands ... multiple apps, multiple app.logos.com’s and multiple devices and multiple desktops.

I have the same problem too. Tried downloading different resources, also getting the same error message.
I'm on Android Logos version 8.0.7

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a Samsung Tab A running android 8.1. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and still can not download any resources
I am able to download resources to my moto 6 phone running android 8.0

I went into App Info to clear the storage (clear cache and clear data). Also, in App Info, I then went to Permissions to turn on Storage and Location. Next I re-started the Logos App again. This worked to allow downloading resources.
I think that the Android app failed to trigger Android system to ask permission to use Storage.

Is anybody still having this problem. I have not seen it since last Wednesday and am wondering if it was a temporary server glitch.

I have tried everything on the ipad, canot get it to work, crashes and blank screens. I have contacted support, so see if they can suggest something.
