At 90% Program Scaling, Panel menus with a link set appear like this:
But the vertical line also appears in Info panel menu (maybe others).
When I move the cursor vertically over the menu (any panel menu), they appear like this:
The vertical line disappears if/when the cursor intersects it.
Happens with resolution 1366x768 with Windows scaling at 100% (8.0 SR-1), and 1920x1080 @100% (8.1 Beta 1).
