Hello, I cannot find a way to default the Note Icon flag to the colour and shape I use? I am using 8.0 one a MacPro. Please advise

This is not currently supported in the new Notes Tool.
It's item 16 on the "upcoming features" list at https://www.logos.com/faq/notes
