Share a resource collection

In logos 8 if you go to docs, public, type you'll see resource collections. The problem is I can't figure out how to share one of my resource collections. Logos support says you can't but you can see for yourself there are quite a few in docs, public, type.

Mike, to share a Resource Collection you must go to your online documents collection here.

Find the collection you wish to share, hover over it until the blue Actions button shows, click on that and choose to make your collection public. It will then be accessible in everyone's Public Documents list in Logos.

I've done exactly what you said in your post. But still when I go to the doc menu in logos 8 I still don't find my collection.
