Downloading resources

Hey, you techy geniuses! I am having a difficulty that I will lay at your feet and wait for your benevolent input....

I cannot seem to get my latest resource to download, in Mac. I was notified 2 weeks ago that the new resource was ready for download, but couldn't get it. I run Mac and Windows in VM (for now). Finally, Don at Logos (great guy!) helped me and was able to get it installed in the VM, but, alas, it remains elusive in the Mac. I have done the Update now thing - never works; I was noticing today that there is a little Sync thingy in the upper right, but it did nothing. Any hints for this forlorn learner?

Since the Mac version is in Alpha it is best that we have the log files of a failed update of your book files. Could you tell us what book it is you are trying to access on the Mac and post log files of you trying to update your library in Logos4 on the Mac? There is a link in my signature to a page that will show you how to take and post the log files.

Tommy, thanks! I have never done the log file thing, but will try. It will likely be tomorrow (Thurs) before I can get to that.....Didn't want to leave you hanging.

Tommy, I have looked at the links in your signature, but cannot seem to locate the one you mentioned to know how to take and post the log files....Can you please enlighten further?

Thanks! Wonder of wonders, it was a zoo of a week and I did not get to this....then, this a.m., I decided I'd better open Alpha to see if there were new updates - there were- and whammo! my new items were there! Maybe I will get them with updates every two weeks or so....
