Sermon Editor or Personal Book for importing Word docs/docx?
I need some advice.
I want to bring all of my sermons and lessons going back 25+ years into the Logos environment. That way the sermons and lessons will be searchable and available in the passage and sermon guides. All of my sermons and lessons are currently stored in Microsoft Word files, the earlier ones are in the doc format, the more recent are in docx format.
What would be best way to incorporate them into my Logos environment? And what would be easiest?
Should I bring them in as personal books or should I bring them in one at a time by copying and pasting into the sermon editor?
Or, is there another way to go about importing these files?
Any help will be much appreciated!

Personal Book is the best option for 25+ years worth of sermons. The only issue is you won’t have them available on your mobile devices. Then again, if you copy them one by one on the sermon editor, your menu on your mobile devices will get over crowded also because you’ll have a long column of sermons (see picture below) —

I wish there was a way to save sermons into folders with customizable titles so they‘ll show up on our mobile devices as folders, then we click on the folder that has the series or topics we want and voilà!
Maybe they can implement that later 👍😁👌

I hadn't thought about how difficult it might be to navigate through hundreds of sermons in the sermon editor. And, I hadn't thought about how they would/could appear on my mobile device. On the one hand my sermons would be available in my iPad via the sermon editor. But on the other hand they could be difficult to sort through.
Presently I use dropbox to sync my files and I can access my sermons any where there is internet service. I was recently in China preaching and I had all of my notes available through Dropbox and a VPN. On occasion though I am in places where internet service is sketchy at best (e.g. West Africa) but even in those kind of places my sermons would be downloaded and available in Logos... if they were put in as sermons through the sermon editor. But they would not be available as personal books.
I guess one of the questions becomes: what will most likely happen in the future: Improved sermon editor file management or Personal Books made available on mobile devices?

Unless something has changed, I doubt we’ll see PB’s on mobile devices.

I think I will probably go with using the Sermon Editor to house my sermons. While it will mean more work initially to import them, the Sermon Editors continued development seems more likely than that of personal books and thus probably a better long term solution.
