BUG: Using quotation marks in the notes resets the font

When typing in the notes, and one, for example, has changed the font to 12 point (it is now perpetually 11pt by default for some reason) and bold, and then uses quotation marks, the font will change back to the default before the quotes are typed.  That is, the quotation mark will show up as 11pt and not bolded.  This can be changed afterward, but not before.
