Faithlife connect and Logos 8 Gold

Hey guys.

So I have attempted to try out the faithlife connect option. It's lovely. That being said, I added Logos 8 Gold to my cart, and I see I get a discount.

If my faithlife connect expires, does my payment plan stay the same? Or would the two need to be ongoing simultaneously to be active?

The discount you're seeing is probably because the Logos 8 Feature Pack is no longer being included in your Gold purchase. There's no need for you to buy the features, because you're renting them as part of Faithlife Connect.

So when your Connect subscription expires, your payment plan won't go up. But you will lose the paid-for features of Logos 8. At that point, you can choose to purchase the Features if you wish.

In addition to what Mark has said, there is a 5% additional discount on base packages for FL Connect subscribers. I am not aware that your payment plan will increase by this 5% discount if you no longer subscribe.

Aaah, that makes sense!

Thank you Mark. I have an extensive library already, so the feature set is the better option.
