I am grateful for the help I have had in the past on indexing and it seems that I had had some corrupt or missing files in the system. I nuked the laptop and reinstalled from the system recovery disk. It solved my problem of a crashing indexer and I was able to allow it to index with 4.0c SR1. However, it only must have needed to do a Bible index from the new updated Bibles.
Installing d1 has now forced another indexing but there does not seem to be any updated resources added. Did anyone experience an automatic reindex after installation of d1?
