BUG: Save as Collection in Library Pane is hidden

I have a scroll bar to the very right that lets me bring the "Save as Collection" option into view. Do you not have this? (I'm on a PC.)

Confirmed (also on Mac).

No scroll bar visible on Macbook. I will have to check my desktop PC this evening. May just be a mac bug
