SUGGESTION for LOGOS 8 re: more recent Reception History
When using the Ancient Literature guide to explore reception history a number of important figures are not represented because they are "too recent". I would like to see the Ancient Literature tool expanded to include Church Fathers, the majority of which are likely already included. An initial list can be drawn from wikipedia: Doctor of the Church which includes lists of the doctors of:
- Latin church (Catholic)
- Syro-Malabar (Catholic)
- Chaldean (Catholic)
- Eastern Orthodox
- Armenian Church
- Assyrian Church of the East
- Anglicanism
- Lutheranism
This allows for an objective selection process for Medieval, Renaissance, Reformation ... era teachers of note to be analyzed in the same manner as Ancient Literature and expands our ability to do reception history as illustrated in the training videos.

Yes, Ancient Literature already has Apostolic Fathers and Church Father groups ...
