Note for entire Bible book

What is the best way to enter a note for an entire Bible book? Where should the anchor be? I would like this note to show up in all Bibles that I have.

<Book name>:title used to be a way to do it, but that doesn't seem to be working in v8.
Alternatively, you could do the anchor on the generic <Book Name>, but that now appears on each chapter.

I would like this note to show up in all Bibles that I have.
Right now, the Corresponding Notes & Highlights feature is not yet implemented in the New Notes Tool (it's #12 on the list), so the only way for a note to appear in all Bibles for the time being is to anchor it to a Bible reference.
