"Follow" A Missing Link?
Am I missing the link option for "Follow?" Has it moved to some other location? If not, is this going to come back at some point or is it gone forever?

Where are you looking for it?
It used to be - and still is - in the Power Lookup Tool.
I don't think it ever appeared anywhere else - but could have forgotten some places!
EDIT: And as Sean said below it also appears in the Copy Bible Verses Tool.
Checking further it is in the Text Comparison Tool, Explorer and others.

I hadn't noticed this before so I rushed to check one of my main layouts. It's still there in Copy Bible Verses and Power Lookup, which are the main things I use it for. I do not see it on any resources AFAICT. I also don't see it mentioned here: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019175372-Changes-from-Logos-7-to-Logos-8#h.iutfkx3ymxp4, the pages listing the main changes from 7 to 8.

Perhaps I was mistaken. I had the FSB notes open and I thought I could make it "follow" instead of being on "A." The ESV was jumping around on me this morning and I thought changing the link in the FSB notes might get it to stop jumping on me.

You might want to look at Multiple Resources feature as an alternative to link sets
