BUG: 4.0d Beta 1 Crashed When Attempting to Open a Saved Layout

Description

When I attempt to open one of my saved layouts (either by the shortcut on the shortcut bar or from the layout menu) Logos crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

Load Logos 4
Attempt to open a saved layout (either by the shortcut on the shortcut bar or from the layout menu)
Logos crashes

My system specs are at the bottom of this post in the footer. I've attached my log file.

This looks very similar to an error some other users have had, so I'd like you to follow the same diagnostic steps that Melissa posted at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/17553/132596.aspx#132596:

Development is asking if you will collect a crash dump to help them troubleshoot this crash. Please follow the first set of instructions here:http://wiki.logos.com/Creating_a_Crash_Dump_with_ProcDump. The crash dump files can be very large, even when zipped. If the zipped file is not too large to email, you can email it to logos4feedback@logos.com. If it's too large to email, please let me know, and I will ask a support technician to contact you to do a file transfer.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to get this to work. I downloaded it and tried running the commands, but it won't do what the wiki page describes. Admittedly, I'm very unfamiliar with command prompt, so maybe the error is on my end. All that to say, unless you have any other ideas I don't think I'll be able to provide a crash dump file.

I have gone through all of the saved layouts I have and cannot produce a crash. I tried loading them from a blank screen and then I went through and replaced an open layout with another saved one. In both cases it works as it always has.

No worries; it looks like both Paul Golder and Ka-LiongLau (at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/17553/132617.aspx#132617) have sent us their crash dumps, so that will probably give us enough info to understand the underlying cause of the problem (which I suspect is the same for all these crashes). We'll try to have it fixed in Beta 2.
