You need to contact Customer Services - contact details (including email / chat) are at https://www.logos.com/contact
We can't help here - most of us on these forums are fellow users of the software - although probably someone from Faithlife will see this and may comment.
But it would be good to know your reasons for wanting to go back to Logos 7. It isn't recommended - for a number of reasons - and it may be that we can suggest ways in which Logos 8 can work for you.
PS: And I would advise editing this post - click "More -> Edit" to remove your email address as it might generate spam.

Please elaborate what is irritating in Logos 8 so want Logos 7 back. Beta testing included a number of lively discussions so looking forward to many improvements. One example is Logos 8.1 having setting for Home Page to customize feeds: thread => Drug ads on Faithlife Today? Personally like Library faceted browsing of resources plus can have more than one Library tab open (with different filtering).
Faithlife's Help Center has => Changes from Logos 7 to Logos 8 (mentions many planned items) and => Free Support “Life Cycle”
Thread => Deleting L8 and reinstalling 7 discussion includes Faithlife reply about Logos 7 becoming unsupported "soon" (sometime in 2019) along with Faithlife listening to feedback. Later in thread has steps for installing Logos 7 OR Verbum 7 so application does not update while resources can automatically update. Note: Logos 7.19 might have more service release(s) before becoming unsupported (crash fix and/or new resource support).
Keep Smiling [:)]
