Update, then NO Notes on Logos 8 Desktop
Today I got a 6.+ GIG update. After the update I had fewer books and NO NOTES. I can get my notes on the online version, but not on my desktop version. What happened, and what do I need to do? I had just added quite a few notes on 1 Peter a couple of days before today's big update. They do not appear today after the update on the desktop.

I'm assuming you didn't make a purchase that resulted in a 6+GB update!
You would see this sort of behaviour if you logged in to Logos using a different account to normal - triggering a download of a complete set of (different) resources and changing what notes you had / were displayed. Is it possible that you have done this at all?
If not I would recommend contacting Customer Services to get their advice. They can do a couple of things that we can't do on the forums:
- Check activity on your account
- Gain remote access to your computer - with your permission - and investigate directly what has happened

Thank you Graham. I did as you suggested today. Made a call and all is well now. I have notes back. I love the new notes function. It is a WINNER for me. Notes attached to the Bible text is my main use for them and it is quite easy to do now.
