I know this is an issue esp. with older machines. My 3 yr. old notebook would fall into the 'older' category.
However, while I have had SOME issues with L4 not keeping up with my typing, I've not had the crash issues that I am now having. My L4 seems slower (esp. not keeping up with my typing) and now on top of that if I don't give it enough time to 'catch-up' it crashes. I'm also getting crashes when trying to open/save layouts.
I had expected with the continuation of upgrade releases that the program would respond better not worse. I also note that Logos says they are continuing to work on optimizing the program, but I'm not seeing the fruit of that endeavor in any of the subsequent releases.
My question is... Is anyone else having similar issues?
