Choosing what to download
Maybe this is a question about how to do this, and maybe this is a suggestion for a minor feature. (I wonder where I should direct that?)
When Logos 8 came out I upgraded to silver, and during the recent sales I've bought a few things, including courses. I open Logos, and the only option I have is to download the updates in bulk - 2.3 GB. The problem is, I'm in rural mozambique. Internet is metered and slow. I'd like to only download the anchor bible and a few commentaries I could use, and download the bulk of it later when I catch some reliable fast internet, but this doesn't seem to be an option. I'd also like the option to continue owning some large-file things (like courses) while not actually having them take up space on my hard drive. Is there any workaround to allow to allow for either of these things?

Hi Austin - and welcome to the forums
I'm afraid what you're asking for isn't currently possible although the need for it is recognised.
This is something Faithlife is aware of - and working on - but I don't know when this type of functionality will be available or exactly what form it will take.

Mobile has limitations but does allow downloading of only what you want to use. The courses do run on mobile.

There is also the web app (http://app.logos.com/). While you won't have big downloads there, you basically need to stay online while using it.

This is not currently possible in Logos 8.
We'll post any updates on the situation to this suggestion: https://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-7/suggestions/5751660-install-only-selected-resources-to-save-disk-space
