logos 7 stops working even before it uploads

i just migrated to logos 7.  it has already crashed more than 50 times in 4 days.  i cant use it at all.  it doesnt even finish loading.

I am sorry you are having trouble with Logos crashing, but more details are needed to diagnosis the problem. Could you post the error logs please? Just follow the link in my signature for Mac or Windows and follow the instructions there. Then post the logs in this thread.

The crash may be occurring because your Temp folder is full.

Please open Explorer to C:\Users\ababe_000\AppData\Local\Temp and delete all the files in that folder.

Hi Bradley, Cant find the temp folder.  Only saw as far as ababe_000

Anywhere else i should look?

By default the AppData folder is hidden - under the Explorer View menu ensure "hidden items" is selected

Also, to quickly find the Temp folder, you can enter %TEMP% in the navigation box at the top of your file explorer, and hit enter to go right to the correct folder.
