Using 8.0.6 new Kindle can no not download books they show in library.
What happens when you try?
Do you get any sort of error message?
It tries to download and the stops. No error messages. I can download free books.
I think I have read that some android users are having troubles with downloads.
I have reported the problem and FL is working on it.

While I can't exactly reproduce this issue on a Kindle Fire HD 8 2017 with Logos 8.06, I can reproduce it with the beta 8.07 (I think the beta program is unsupported on the Kindle Fire). I have Google Play side-loaded on my Fire tablet, so I decided to try the beta to see how well Series functionality works (it works fine, as far as I got). I got exactly the same results the OP reported for attempting downloads on 8.06. So, I uninstalled the beta, and went back to production 8.06 and the downloads work fine now.
