Adding notes on Logos 8 by book

Hi, I haven't purchased the logos 8 upgrade yet, but I"m curious to know how my notes will be incorporated into the new workflow.

For example, through the years I created a specific note file for every book of the bile. For example, for the book of Hebrews, I created a note file called "Gleanings on Hebrews." This file alone holds hundreds of notes specifically tailored for the book of Hebrews.

In order to read my own comments, I have attached a particular color icon next to the verse or verses I made a comment on. All I have to do is hover over it and read it. If it is an excerpt from one of the commentaries I own, I will know because I have a different color note for it.

Sometimes I add a green square note icon next to the verse I'm reading with a bible verse from the Amplified Bible that allows me to understand the verse better. Total, I have thousands of bible notes in all the books of the Bible, I also use highlighting all the time, having created my own with different colors and underlines.

OK, so my question is, will I be able to keep all my verse added icon notes as before without messing up my own created style?
