Logos 8 crashes when pressing Go button with passage in "strange" state

Crash with Logos 8.1 beta 4 on Windows 10

This was originally reported in https://community.logos.com/forums/t/176300.aspx and I've reproduced it in the beta version.

It seems as though the "Go" button is being left in a strange state after the steps outlined in the original post(s).
