As mentioned here when one right-clicks on a headword, as expected, the word appears twice in the context menu:
(1) as "selection"
(2) as "headword"
Invoking a search from selection works as expected to retrieve whatever word or phrase was selected (a plain text search).
However, invoking a search from headword does exactly the same thing and does NOT specifically search for matching headwords as one would expect.
