I don't know the answer to your question but I do know that the forums are not the best way to interact with Faithlife staff. The forum are really a self help idea where we try and answer each others questions.
There are exceptions - posts with a meaningful title and preceded by the word 'Bug' in the various application forums do often get picked up.
In your case placing a post in the 'Suggestions' forum is likely to get the suggestion taken account of.
If you want a timely answer the best thing is to ring Faithlife and ask. I do this quite economically from the UK by using Skype.
