I just upgraded to Logos 8 and while reviewing the new Home Page I noticed that the Explore section was not customizable. This is disappointing since that section is now way to busy for my tastes. There is a lot of content that I'm just not interested in and it is hard to find the content that I do want to explore. I miss the feature that brought previews of my own library and the ability to control the content on your Home Page that spoke to your interests. Now my home page is mostly advertisements for one thing or the other. I do hope they can bring back the Home Page flexibility that we had in Logos 7

    Logos Wiki has => Logos 8 Beta Program information + risks (could join public Beta testing for 8.1 followed by changing update channel to default for future stable releases)

    Logos 8.1 Beta 4 Home Page example with "Pre-Pubs" and "Community Pricing" unchecked: (Logos 8.1 Beta 3 on 19 Nov 2018 added Home Page Explore customization)

    Uninformed user speculation for Logos 8.1 Stable release is Mon 10 Dec 2018 OR Tue 11 Dec 2018: if Logos 7 pattern of 4 Beta releases is followed by Release Candidate(s).

    Thank you for your reply Keep Smiling for Jesus, much appreciated but I don't understand most of it.  [*-)] However I do get the bottom line that there is nothing you can do to customize the explore portion of the Home page at the present time. [:D] Many thanks!

    Home Page Explore will have content customization with stable Logos 8.1 release, which is anticipated within a week. If want to "beta" test the 8.1 Release Candidate (has Home Page Explore customization), can use command set update channel to beta (after application update, can use command set update channel to default for future stable releases)

    Caveat: Logos 8.1 Explore customization does not have resource excerpts (work around is fsd command).
