Problems Dragging

I posted earlier about not being able to drag resources in the collection panel - now I am learning that I can no longer drag panels around on my logos desktop screen like before. I should be able to drag my panels anywhere I want and I am unable to do that - is this a new setting of some sort?

    Dear Mike:

    Can you indicate whether this is on Mac or Windodws -- or Stable or Beta.

    On Windows 10:

    I can drag within Collections to/from the Add/Minus columns 

    On a Verbum Stable release I do not have these issues moving panes around the screen

    On a Logos Beta release I do not have any of these issues

    [others will have additional requests/suggestions]

    I assure you that this is not the case and dragging should be no problem. I assume you're grabbing the resource tab? Could you describe what's happening in more detail or perhaps grab a screencast?
