Help with Categorizing Patristic Resources

The situation - I recently purchased Orthodox Diamond and greatly increased the number of Patristic writings in my library.

The goal - I would like to be able to see at a glance, either by tag or by collection, which authors (1) were Ante-Nicene, Nicene, or Post-Nicene, and (2) what language(s) they originally wrote in (Greek, Latin, Syriac, etc.).

The problem - I am by no means an expert on Patristics (though I am trying to improve my knowledge!) and have yet to find a comprehensive list that meets my criteria. Schaff's set only covers a fraction of the writings that are out there, though it gave me a place to start. 

Any ideas for the best way for me to do this? Is there a better system of categorizing them than what I am attempting?

An idea is in thread => Creating a New Series of Commentaries discussion, which includes resource title modification conventions: e.g. year prefix. Personally use a prefix letter to indicate resource language (could be used to indicate original language).

You can find the indexes to the Migne collections of the Greek, Latin and Syrian series online and use them as a starting point.

Thank you both for your responses, and I apologize for my delay in responding. After my initial post, it occurred to me that there might be an easier way to go about categorizing these resources. Is there a particular Faithlife group I can join and download documents for relevant pre-made collections? I seem to recall that at sometime in the past I had downloaded several collections that sorted the various Fathers. I was searching Faithlife groups this morning but was unable to find anything. I will keep looking later when I have more time, and if I find it, I will be sure to post here for anyone else who may be interested.
