Logos not starting.

Ok I click the logos start up it brings up the center splash rectangle then it says it has stopped working and that windows is looking for a reason. 

I turn off my computer and it does the same thing when I restart my computer. 

I have tried to include the logs. 

I am not sure what has happened but just today this has happened and today I can't get the forums to limit what is shown.  I can apply a change but it will not save it.  Anytime I go to a forum list again it will show "all" and a year old. 

My computer also tells me that a program has changed my default search engine.  In IE8.  Just another problem.  I have added nothing.  I am quickly getting really frustrated with this and gonna go to a wipe.  maybe you'll can help with the Logos piece?  2705.errorlogs.zip

I have tried to include the logs

The log is saying that "Access to the path 'C:\Users\William\AppData\Local\Logos4\Users\UserManager.db' is denied".

If you have an anti-spyware/anti-virus program then try to get it to exclude the Logos4 path for sweeps/real-time protection. You could also see what access you have to that folder ie.user William should have full control according to the Security tab.

Perform a full spyware/anti-virus scan - make sure it is up-to-date first.
